PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  1. Insurance: We accept most insurances and will file your claims for you.  We make every effort to be accurate with our estimations of your benefits,  but they are estimations.  If your insurance reimburses less than we estimated,  you are still responsible for the outstanding balance. If your insurance reimburses more than we estimated,  you will be credited or refunded the difference.
  2. CREDIT CARDS: We accept MASTER CARD, VISA & AMERICAN EXPRESS.
  3. CASH/CHECKS: We are always happy to accept cash or checks for payment.
  4. PAYMENT PLAN: We understand that dental care can be an unexpected expense. With this in mind, we are proud to offer our patients CARE CREDIT.  CARE CREDIT is a payment plan with both no interest and interest options, offered through General Electric. The application and approval process is quick and easy. Please ask us about this if you think CARE CREDIT may be an option for you. We are happy to explain the program to you!




PAYMENT POLICY:
  1. Patients of Record: As we offer multiple payment options, we request payment of estimated patient portion of fees to paid at time of service.
  2. Emergencies: We are always willing to see dental emergencies during regular business hours. For Non-Patients of Record, with a non-life threatening emergency, upfront payment for the exam and x-ray are required. If any treatment is provided, that fee will be due at time of service.
